From our small, family-run hotel in the center of Soltau, you can explore the city wonderfully on foot. The pedestrian zone, the Soltau thermal baths and the clinics can be reached in just a few minutes.

In addition to lots of nature, Soltau also offers the Designer Outlet Soltau (7 km) and the Hof Loh golf course (4 km).
From here, you can also start a visit to Heidepark Soltau (5 km), Serengeti Park Hodenhagen (35 km) and Weltvogelpark Walsrode (20 km)!
Interesting for hikers: the European long-distance hiking trail E1 as well as the popular Heidschnuckenweg and the Jakobsweg Lüneburg Heath lead right past the hotel!
Cyclists can enjoy nature on well-developed cycle paths on more or less long tours, also with the help of the free Heide Shuttle (mid-July to mid-October) - maybe you'll even come across a herd of Heidschnucke sheep? - or cross Soltau while cycling on the Leine-Heide cycle path.
Would you like to stay longer? How about a trip to Hamburg, Bremen, Lüneburg, Celle or the Alte Land, the largest contiguous fruit-growing area in Germany?
You are also welcome to stay here for just one night if you are passing Soltau on the A7 on your way from north to south (or vice versa).
